My writing is of a dark comic style often questioning stero-types around the stigma of mental health and what society deems as normal. I am interested in how far people will go to cover up the fact.

 

I set up a comedy cabaret group called Lithium Laughter which aims to change and challenge people's perseption of mental health and recently wrote and directed a play called "Non-Stop Anxiety" which was performed in main stream venues such as The Other Cafe Gallery and in mental health units as part of The London  Anxiety Festival.
