I'm an artist who has been working in oil for over twenty years. After completing my MA at Reading University I became interested in buildings and rooms and how the story of an event can be portrayed their.

My current work is focused around Dark Torism and the fasination that people have for places such as Auschwitz and Chenoble jutxaposed with the hidden menice found in so call fun palaces like Las Vegas. I recently traveled to both desitantions and was struck whether we buildings can still hold the ethos of their history and how much preknowledge of an enviorments history predetermins the emotions that we feel for them.
